Best Apartment to stay in Caloundra

"We stayed in apartment 902 for 2 weeks in February 2020. This is one of only a few apartments that are rented as holiday accommodation in the building. The unit is very large with panoramic views and well appointed with all mod cons, a large TV, comfortable furnishings and a huge balcony where you can take in fabulous views over the surf and Bribie Passage. Other impressive features include a private large pool, gym and 2 car security parking. If you stay here you are only a couple of minutes walk away from a range of quality restaurants, good walking tracks, the beach and the town's main shopping centre. Tim the onsite manager is also very helpful with local tourist information etc. We stay here regularly and regard the position and the apartment features as unsurpassed in the Caloundra area."

Superb Views

"Our first visit to Caloundra even though we only live 2.5 hrs away. We wanted an unobstructed view of the coast and we got it. We stayed in apartment 903 and like all the apartments in the building, the balcony looks out over Pumistone Passage and Bribie Island. There are evens views of the Glasshouse mountains - a must to see at sunset. Pumistone Passage appears to be a water lovers paradise with all forms of water craft enjoying the calm waters at Caloundra's doorstep. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves break on the passage entrance and all the watercraft and swimmers enjoying the outdoor lifestyle that Queensland is famous for. The apartment is luxuriously appointed with everything you need to be self sufficient. There is a full size fridge, oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and all the utensils you need to cook up a storm if desired. But why would you when there is a wide variety of restaurants and cafes just outside the door to choose from. These apartments are perfectly located, easy to access and have the most superb views. The manager (Tim) is wonderful and provided helpful tips on where to eat and what to see on our visit. We loved Caloundra and the Waterford Apartments and can't wait to visit again."

Beach getaway

"My husband and I with our two young children had a wonderful stay at The Waterford. The facilities provided were absolutely wonderful (our favourite being the pool and spa!) and it doesn’t get much better with just a short walk to the main water front to some incredible cafes and restaurants. We were especially impressed with and appreciated the manager (Tim) for his professionalism, helpfulness and kind demeanour throughout the stay. We would definitely choose to stay there again in the future."
